OACA REGISTRATION
OACA Gold Cards are distributed digitally. When registering for a gold card, please provide a valid email address as this is how you will receive your gold card.
Register Online or by Mail
OACA offers coaches two ways to register: online or by mail. A credit card is required for online registration.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your OACA membership card. Memberships are processed in the order in which they are received.
Please Note: Our office will be closed for Winter Break 12/20 through 1/5. Membership orders received after 1:30pm on Thursday, 12/19 will not be processed until our office reopens on Monday, 1/6.

Credit Card Processor: PayPal
Credit card transactions are administered by PayPal. This is a two-step process where you will be asked to submit credit card information on page two of the registration if you are not already a member of PayPal. All transactions are secure and purchase amounts will be deducted immediately from your account. You will then receive a confirmation email from PayPal after registration is complete.
Important Note!
Gold Card Membership dues when paid by credit card/PayPal have changed for the coming school year due to the increasing credit card processing fees. The new rates are:
- $72 when purchased by credit card/PayPal
- $69 when purchased by cash, check or purchase order
If you need to purchase a membership using a Purchase Order, please use the printable registration form and mail it to our office along with a copy of the purchase order.
Multiple Coaches may register together using one credit card transaction. Please confirm quantities during CART review prior to CHECKOUT. Confirm number of coaches registering and spell all names as you want them on your membership cards. A valid email address is required for each coach you are registering. You can add this information to the “Additional Info” section during checkout. OACA can also receive your registration information via email.
